Agent of Hearts is a Play’n GO pokie released in 2021. It belongs to the Rabbit Hole Riches series and takes players into a fairy-tale world inspired by Alice in Wonderland, featuring the Mad Hatter, Cheshire Cat, Caterpillar, Dormouse, Queen of Hearts, keys, gems and magical symbols.

The game uses 7 reels with an unusual 7-7-5-5-5-7-7 row layout. Instead of classic paylines, it uses Cluster Pays: wins form when 5 or more matching symbols connect horizontally or vertically. Public sources list a 96.25% RTP, high volatility, a betting range of 0.20–100 and a maximum win of up to 5262x the stake for Agent of Hearts.

The pokie uses HTML5 and supports Desktop and Mobile devices. The main gameplay centres on cascades, Heart Wilds, Scatters, Agent Features, Mega Wilds and the Queen’s Heart Free Spin bonus.

After each cluster win, the winning symbols disappear and new ones drop into their places. This cascading mechanic can create several consecutive wins from one paid spin.

Bonus features

Heart Wilds can appear on non-winning spins and add several Wild symbols to the grid. They help connect clusters and improve the chance of new combinations, especially on the wider outer reels.

Agent Features are linked to characters from the fairy-tale world. When an Agent symbol contributes to a winning combination, it can fill a dedicated meter. Different agents activate their own effects, such as removing symbols, transforming them into other icons or helping create additional wins.

Queen’s Heart Free Spin triggers after collecting 3 Scatter symbols. During this special spin, all 4 Agent symbols and a 3×2 Mega Wild appear on the grid. The feature combines a large Wild, Agent effects and cascading wins, making it one of the pokie’s main opportunities.

Theme and style

Agent of Hearts uses a bright fairy-tale style. The visuals feature clouds, flying teacups, fantasy characters, gemstones, a golden key and Queen of Hearts imagery.

The pokie belongs to the fantasy, Alice in Wonderland, adventure, grid pokie and video pokie categories. Unlike classic payline games, Agent of Hearts emphasises cluster combinations, cascades and interactive character features.

Popularity among players

Agent of Hearts may appeal to players from the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. The Alice in Wonderland theme is familiar to an international audience, while Play’n GO pokies are often popular for mobile optimisation and clear maths.

The game suits players who prefer high volatility, an unusual grid, cluster wins, cascades, Free Spins, Wilds and character-based bonus features.
