Agent of Hearts — a slot game by Play'n GO released in 2021. The slot is part of the Rabbit Hole Riches series and takes players into a fantasy world inspired by Alice in Wonderland, featuring the Mad Hatter, Cheshire Cat, Caterpillar, Dormouse, Queen of Hearts, keys, gems and magical symbols.

The game uses 7 reels with an unusual 7-7-5-5-5-7-7 row layout. Instead of classic paylines, it uses Cluster Pays: a win forms when 5 or more matching symbols touch horizontally or vertically. Public sources list Agent of Hearts with a 96.25% RTP, high volatility, a betting range of 0.20–100 and a maximum win of up to 5262x the stake.

The slot uses HTML5 and supports Desktop and Mobile devices. The main gameplay revolves around Cascades, Heart Wilds, Scatter, Agent Features, Mega Wilds and the Queen’s Heart Free Spin bonus.

After each cluster win, the winning symbols disappear and new ones fall into their places. This cascade mechanic can create several consecutive wins from a single paid spin.

Bonus features

Heart Wilds can appear on non-winning spins and add several Wild symbols to the grid. They help connect clusters and improve the chance of new combinations, especially on the wider outer reels.

Agent Features are linked to characters from the fantasy world. If an Agent symbol is part of a winning combination, it can fill a special meter. Different agents trigger their own effects: they can remove symbols, transform them into other symbols or help create additional wins.

Queen’s Heart Free Spin is triggered by collecting 3 Scatter symbols. During this special spin, all 4 Agent symbols and a 3×2 Mega Wild appear on the grid. This is one of the slot's key features because it combines a large Wild, Agent effects and cascade payouts.

Theme and style

Agent of Hearts is presented in a bright fantasy style. The visuals use clouds, flying cups, imaginative characters, gemstones, a golden key and Queen of Hearts imagery.

The slot falls into the following categories: fantasy, Alice in Wonderland, adventure, grid slots and video slots. Unlike classic payline machines, Agent of Hearts focuses on cluster combinations, cascades and interactive character features.

Popularity among players

Agent of Hearts may appeal to players from the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. The Alice in Wonderland theme is familiar to an international audience, while Play'n GO slots are often popular for mobile optimisation and accessible maths.

The game suits players who prefer high volatility, an unusual grid, cluster payouts, cascades, Free Spins, Wild symbols and character-based bonus features.
