Beam Boys — Hacksaw Gaming
Beam Boys is a video slot by Hacksaw Gaming released in 2024. The game uses an unusual futuristic theme: mechanical cats, laser beams, a dark palette, neon styling and a humorous idea about kittens with laser pointers create a distinctive atmosphere for a modern slot.
The game area has 6 reels and 4 rows. Instead of fixed paylines, it uses 4,096 ways to win. The main version has an RTP of 96.35%, while the Extreme mode is listed at 96.26%, and lower-RTP versions may also be available through some operators. Volatility is adjustable: Normal / Low is designed for more frequent smaller wins, while Extreme offers rarer but larger payouts. The maximum win is 12,500x the stake.

The main mechanic is Wild Rows. A Wild Laser Cat can appear on reels 2–6 and fire a laser beam to the left along the same row. Every position covered by the cat or its beam becomes Wild and helps form winning combinations. These Wilds appear more frequently in the bonus game, making Free Spins the key source of the slot's potential.
Theme and style
Beam Boys uses a science-fiction and robotic style. The reels feature mechanical cats, laser beams, trophy-like loot, card symbols, FS Scatters and dark futuristic elements. The game belongs to the following categories: cat slots, robot slots, laser-themed slots, science-fiction slots and video slots.
Hacksaw Gaming's visual style is minimalist and high-contrast: a black-and-white base is paired with vivid laser effects. The slot avoids traditional fruit or beach themes and instead focuses on spreading Wilds, adjustable volatility and a fast pace.
Popularity among players
Beam Boys appears particularly often in public listings for Canada, Finland, New Zealand and Norway, and may also appeal to players from the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark and Australia. Hacksaw Gaming's format suits players who enjoy modern high-potential slots with unusual themes and a choice of risk level.
The slot is suitable for users who enjoy 4,096 ways, Wild Rows, Free Spins, Bonus Buy, FeatureSpins, adjustable volatility and a maximum win of up to 12,500x.
